Return and Refund Policy

At Anuation Research & Consulting LLP, we strive to deliver top-notch Intellectual Property (IP) services to clients worldwide, including patent filing, trademark registration, copyright services, IP consulting, and more. Our mission is to provide reliable, timely, and transparent services. As we deal with professional, time-sensitive, and consultative services, our return and refund policy is designed in line with industry norms and Razorpay’s payment guidelines.


1. Non-Tangible Services – No Return Policy

Anuation offers non-tangible, irrevocable services such as:

  • Patent Searches & Filing
  • Trademark Registration
  • Copyright Filing
  • IP Strategy Consultation
  • Licensing and Litigation Support
  • International IP Services

Due to the nature of these services, returns are not applicable once the service has been initiated, work has commenced, or documents have been submitted to IP authorities.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment: If the customer has been charged more than once for the same service.
  • Non-delivery of service: If Anuation is unable to deliver the promised service within the specified timeline due to internal reasons and no work has commenced.
  • Service cancellation request before initiation: If the customer cancels the service before Anuation has begun processing or filing the application.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please email us at support@anuation.com with the following details:

  • Full name and registered email ID
  • Order/Invoice Number
  • Date of transaction
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Mode of payment (if applicable)

Note: All refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.


4. Refund Timeline
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Payment gateway charges (e.g., Razorpay transaction fees) may be deducted if applicable.

5. No Refund in Case of Third-party Delay or Rejection

Anuation Research & Consulting LLP shall not be responsible for:

  • Rejection or delay from third-party agencies (e.g., IP offices, government authorities).
  • Rejection due to incorrect/incomplete documents provided by the client.
  • Delay in timelines due to unforeseen external factors or client’s unresponsiveness.
