The fees are reduced by up to 90% where the applicant is the inventor and he provides a declaration indicating that his economic situation prevents him from paying the full amount of the fees.
Examination Request
The examination is deferred that can be requested after filing application.
Annual Fee
Once a patent has been filed, annuity will be payable to each year. The first fee is due on the second anniversary of the application date and subsequent fees are due annually thereafter.
